Do I need to register an account to buy from the Winetree site? Yes, registering an account with us will ensure you receive wine offers and Winetree exclusives personalised to your tastes.
What pricing does Winetree show? All prices on the Winetree site are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive.
Where do you deliver? We ship to most parts within New Zealand but unfortunately may not be able to deliver to some locations. Standard delivery fee within mainland New Zealand is $6.50 per case (6 bottles) and $9.50 per case (6 bottles) for rural addresses/interisland.
We currently only deliver within New Zealand but please get in touch with us on 09 3779 224 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to discuss delivery options outside of New Zealand.
When will I get my order? Delivery will usually be made within 3-5 business days after we receive the order and funds. If there is a lead time or delay, we will contact you to confirm delivery times. Deliveries can only be made between 6am and 11pm Monday-Friday and cannot be made on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and before 1pm on Anzac Day. Are my products protected while in transit? Yes, we use secure and safe packaging for all deliveries and your products are insured to your door.
Can Winetree deliver to someone else on my behalf? Yes, we can deliver to someone else on your behalf but you must confirm that the receiver is at least 18 years of age. Winetree will not sell or deliver to anyone under the age of 18 and our couriers will ask for ID if the receiver of the products looks under 25.
Can I return my order? If for some reason you would like to return your order, then under the Terms of Service we ask you to notify the Winetree team no later than 48 hours after receiving the products. Can I swap out wines in the mixed case offerings? We believe that our mixed case offerings are of the best quality and showcase a great variety of products. However, if for some reason you wish to swap out one of the wines for something more suitable for yourself, please leave us a note in the “Notes about my order and delivery” textbox on your shopping cart page. Please note we do not offer changes for more than 1 wine per mixed case.
